Michelle Oldman - Kitchen Manager/Chef - Columba College

Michelle has been a chef for 30 years. Born in England, she worked in 4-star hotels, pubs and colleges and worked in most sections of the kitchen ranging from a-la-carte, butchery, pastry and buffet work and specialised as a pastry chef for eight years.

Since being in New Zealand for the past 18 years she has worked in cafes, Millennium and Quality Hotels, Dunedin Public Hospital and Otago Polytechnic as a lecturer before coming to Ace Food Services Ltd.
