Aged Care Facilities Spring & Summer Menu 2021

We have released the new and exciting Spring & Summer menu for our Age Care Residential Care Homes across the country. Our new Dinner choice menu has been a great hit with the residents and we are continuing on with this approach. Some new dessert ideas like the rhubarb and orange cake, Cranachan (delicious Scottish dessert with oats, raspberries & vanilla mousse!) Summer salads, savoury crepes and large 'housemade' sausage rolls. A big emphasis goes towards quality and flavour, putting the "how my mum use to make it" feeling into our food, ensuring the nutritional and dietary value is perfect, which we get verified and approved by Dieticians NZ.
